At Hamnamlimited, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is significantly different from the description

Conditions for a valid return:

  • Return request made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof (photos or video) of damage or issue is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used health and beauty products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Used pet supplies without packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

1️⃣ Contact us at ordering@hamnamlimites.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo/video evidence (if applicable)

2️⃣ Wait for our team to review and approve the request.

⚠️ Please do not ship items back before receiving approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are covered by us.

  • Other eligible returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

✅ We’ll notify you of approval/rejection.
✅ Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size:

  • Return the original item (if eligible).

  • Place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures faster processing and availability.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
